Who counts as an agent?
Agents are teammates who sign in to AssetGPT to triage or update work. Tenant admins, operators, and readers all require an agent license. Requestors who only submit tickets via the portal or email stay free and unlimited.
VAT calculator
The React pricing page includes a client-side VAT calculator for Netherlands 21%, Germany 19%, Belgium 21%, France 20%, United Kingdom 20%, Other EU 21%, EU VAT registered businesses at 0% reverse charge, and outside-EU buyers at 0% VAT. VAT calculations are indicative and final invoice VAT depends on registered billing address.
